Giving updates

We’re excited to show you the latest new features released for Subsplash Giving. These enhancements allow your church to tap into new streams of generosity, save hours of processing and depositing checks, and level up your giving campaigns. 

New! Accept stock & crypto donations

One of our most exciting Giving updates is the ability for your church to accept stock and cryptocurrency donations. 

Powered by our new partnership with Engiven, you can now receive larger gifts that open up more opportunities for generosity. Better yet, this new feature is available to Subsplash Giving clients with no setup costs or monthly fees. 

Bulk check scanning & remote deposit

Available with the Giving Pro package, your admin team will be delighted by this new release! Now they can quickly and remotely deposit over 100 checks with a single scan. Also, Subsplash Giving Pro clients will enjoy our donor allocation and reconciliation package for processing checks.

In-app pledge management & progress

The recent release of our Campaigns and Pledging feature allows you to create, promote, and manage fundraising campaigns. Plus, your donors can manage their pledges right within your church’s app by: 

  • Viewing a list of their pledges
  • Viewing their pledge progress and history of gifts for a single pledge
  • Managing a recurring gift tied to a pledge

This simplified process makes it easier for your donors to track and fulfill their pledges right within your church app. 

Events updates

We’ve enhanced our events functionality to make customizing your event forms, accepting full or partial payments, and managing check-ins easier than ever. Here’s a look at some of these key feature updates.

Mobile pre-check

One of the biggest releases to Events in the past year has been our completely redesigned Check-in system. Featuring a simple kiosk setup, the check-in works seamlessly with event integration. These tools provide a smoother, more delightful check-in experience for your attendees. 

Our most recent feature, Mobile Pre-check, allows your attendees to pre-select your check-in options in advance. Up to one hour before the event begins, they will see a “Check-in” option appear in their app account menu. All they need is a quick QR code scan when arriving at church, saving them valuable time on-site.

Discount codes

Now you can offer special discount codes to encourage more participation in your church events, such as:

  • Early bird registrations
  • Volunteer tickets,
  • Scholarships
  • And more!

And if one discount isn’t enough, you can also offer multiple discounts for a single event. 

Partial payments

In order to make it easier for everyone to attend your events, we’ve released a flexible partial payments option. Whether they need to make a deposit for a big mission trip, or set up multiple payments for a more expensive event, your attendees can choose to pay in installments instead of a one-time payment. 

Your admin team can see remaining balances and if someone has paid with cash or checks. They can also quickly send email reminders for registered attendees to stay on track with their payments. 

Media updates

Subsplash Media sets the industry standard for delivering a captivating and seamless media experience for your users. Now, we're excited to introduce some exclusive features and updates!

Apple CarPlay & Android Auto 

Whether commuting, running errands, or on a family road trip, staying connected to your church is now easier than ever. With Apple CarPlay and Android Auto church apps on the Subsplash Platform, your audience can:

  • Seamlessly view and play the latest media hands-free in their car
  • Browse content by topic, speaker, or scripture directly on their car’s display
  • Resume media from where they left off in the app
  • Play media alongside other apps

Subsplash is the only platform offering car apps for churches, bringing your latest media on the road to enhance your ministry’s reach and make your content more accessible than ever.

Subsplash Live RS

Subsplash Live RS makes streaming smoother and more reliable, even on unstable networks using Secure Reliable Transport (SRT) streaming protocol. You don’t need a proprietary encoder and this update is free for all Subsplash Live users!

Websites updates

Profile forms and contact lists in Management

Add one or all contacts from a form response to an existing contact list in your Management People database. This offers another way to quickly and easily collect People profile information.

Events integration

With our latest events integration, you can now display your events in a monthly calendar view, weekly schedule view, or list view on your website. This allows your community to quickly see all your events at a glance on a weekly or monthly basis.
