Introducing See the Good, an Equip & Engage series

April 30, 2020

How does technology serve the mission of the church to make more and better disciples? That’s the question we’ve been exploring through conversations with leaders, pastors, and ministry-minded experts in our podcast, Equip & Engage

Now we’re excited to keep these conversations going in a new limited series called See the Good. This series highlights encouraging stories from people around the world and their first-hand experiences of where they are seeing God at work in the midst of unprecedented global events.

In our first episode, we’re joined by Rescue:Freedom CEO Jeremy Vallerand, whose organization is dedicated to ending sexual slavery and exploitation around the world. As a result of the pandemic, brothels and red-light districts around the world are closed, allowing Rescue:Freedom to shift focus in order to provide feeding programs and shelter for those now free from sexual slavery.

In upcoming episodes, we’ll talk to pastors and leaders like Henry and Alex Seeley of The Belonging Co. who are witnessing more people than ever seek out the church and connect with gospel content. And in the workplace, Bethel Tech CEO Ryan Collins is seeing kingdom-minded workers make a difference by filling in high-demand tech jobs. Plus, an inside look at how a custom photo booth company, SnapBar, is shifting their strategy to support struggling local businesses.

We're excited to share more stories in the upcoming weeks about how people are seeing positive change in the world and how leaders are adopting new and innovative strategies to do and promote good.

Our heart is to bring to light some of the ways God is continually working during this unprecedented season in an effort to help us all see the good. We hope you’ll follow along as we seek out and share the positive things happening around the world. Subscribe to Equip & Engage today!
