Introduction & Objectives
Purpose: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the plan to implement and consult on the use of the Subsplash Trends AI product. We will work together to set up and enable powerful AI analysis capabilities, empowering your team with the knowledge and skills to utilize the platform's insights independently.Target completion: All deliverables will be completed within 90 days from the contract start date or after all included assisted hours are completed, whichever comes first.
Objectives:
- Discovery & Planning: Review your data sources, environment, and key ministry goals.
- Configuration & Setup: Connect Subsplash Trends AI, configure roles and permissions, and validate AI features.
- AI Enablement: Build at least one AI Analysis-enabled dashboard/workspace showcasing real use cases. A maximum of 3 boards will be created during screen share coaching calls.
- Knowledge Transfer: Provide a live training session and a quick reference guide for your team.
- Wrap-Up: Review success criteria and share recommendations for next steps.

Trends AI Premium Consulting Scope of Work
This service outlines the Trends AI Premium Consulting provided by Subsplash staff, combining discovery, setup, configuration, and dedicated knowledge transfer.
Key Deliverables
Included from the Trends AI Consulting Scope of Work:
1. Training & Collaboration (Three Total Hours of In-Call Time)
The package includes Three Total Hours of In-Call Time. These sessions are used to:
- Discovery: Gather information from the client on which data visualizations would be most impactful.
- Review: Walkthrough of the newly created charts/boards, and collect feedback on the board created by the Subsplash team.
- Training: Conduct hands-on training on Trends AI features
*Training topics include how to create a chart, using the natural language search, and creating custom live boards.
Premium Consulting additionally includes:
2. Board Construction (Up to 8 hours of Chart Building) The Subsplash team will recreate key charts from the data provided by the client and create a maximum of 3 boards.
- Scope: The Subsplash team will spend up to 8 hours outside of any call times reviewing data and creating charts based on the client's expressed needs. This will also include board building and design.
- Data Sourcing: This data will be provided by the client, ideally before the first call with the Onboarding Team. Clients' data will be pulled directly from the Subsplash dashboard.
Important Notes
Implementation services are not the same as ongoing product support. The Subsplash staff provides consulting to set up and enable the product, but is not responsible for ongoing management of your data or day-to-day use after onboarding is completed.
Your participation is essential. You'll need to:
- Provide all data to be included for the giving reports
- Complete tasks assigned by your Onboarding Specialist
- Attend scheduled meetings (missed meetings not rescheduled 4+ hours in advance count toward your total)
Post-onboarding support. After your 90-day contract ends or all calls are completed, you’ll receive continued support through https://support.subsplash.com and your assigned Client Success Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Data Provisioning: Providing timely access to clean data exports.
- Business Logic Definition: Defining how you calculate specific metrics.
- KPI Prioritization: Identifying the top 3–5 metrics that drive your decision-making (e.g., Donor Retention Rate vs. New Acquisition).
- Segmentation Rules: Explaining how they categorize their audience, such as Major Donors, Recurring Givers, or Corporate Sponsors.
- Persona Identification: Clarifying who will use the tool (e.g., the Board for high-level trends vs. the Finance Team for weekly reports).
- Validation & Feedback: Reviewing draft visualizations to ensure the numbers align with their internal records and providing feedback on the user interface.
- Training Commitment: Participating in “Super User” training sessions and advocating for the tool’s adoption within their organization.
Acceptance Criteria
- Access to the Trends AI product is configured.
- One AI Analysis-enabled Board tailored to your ministry use cases has been completed.
- Three total hours of training session call time have been completed.
- The Subsplash team has exhausted the outlined work of up to 8 hours of chart-building time.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel before your first call with your Onboarding Specialist, $1,000 of your Trends AI consulting setup fee will be retained. After your first call, the full fee is non-refundable.
Change Management
Any request that alters scope, effort, or timeline will be documented via a written change order for mutual approval before work proceeds.
Terms and Conditions
- By executing this Statement of Work (“SOW”), Customer agrees to the purchases listed and to the Subsplash Terms of Service available at https://www.subsplash.com/legal/terms-of-service.
- The Subsplash Terms of Use and Subsplash Privacy Policy are incorporated herein by reference. They are available at https://www.subsplash.com/legal/terms-of-use and https://www.subsplash.com/legal/privacy.
- In the event of a conflict between or among the terms of the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, and Statements of Work, the order of precedence shall be, from first to last: the Statements of Work, the Terms of Service, and lastly the Terms of Use.
- This Scope of Work and all pricing information stated herein are Subsplash Confidential information.
- Customer agrees to pay for service overages at the then-current pricing.
- Subscriptions are non-cancelable before their Order End Date.
- Subsplash may reject this Statement of Work if: (1) the signatory does not have authority to bind the customer to this Statement of Work, (2) changes have been made to this Statement of Work (other than the completion of the purchase order information and the signature block), or (3) the requested purchase order information for signature is incomplete or does not match our records for the rest of this Statement of Work.
