Your Subscription with Subsplash includes the listed details below. By completing the Subsplash Signup form, you have agreed to this Statement of Work, which is in accordance with the Subsplash Terms of Service, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.

CHANNELS

• No additional channels (this feature is subject to the existing channels as agreed to in the client’s current package)

FEATURES

• Automatically starts and stops your OBS live stream at your scheduled Subsplash service times
• Reads the live events scheduled in your Subsplash Dashboard under Media → Live
• Configurable timing buffers before your start time and after your end time
• Adaptive schedule checks that increase in frequency as a broadcast approaches
• Status panel showing connection, sync state, next broadcast, next refresh, and last event
• Sync can be enabled or disabled at any time; standard OBS manual streaming is unaffected

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• API credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) issued solely for use with Subsplash Sync
• Documentation with setup guidance for configuring Subsplash Sync with your OBS/streaming environment
• Access to the Subsplash Sync plugin releases for Windows, macOS, and Linux found on Github

REQUIREMENTS

• An active Subsplash subscription that includes Subsplash Live
• OBS version 32 or later, installed and already configured to stream to Subsplash
• Live events scheduled in your Subsplash Dashboard under Media → Live
• A computer that remains powered on with OBS open and running during scheduled broadcast windows
• Your own streaming environment, hardware, network, and OBS configuration
• Secure handling of your API credentials, including keeping them confidential and requesting rotation if they are exposed

SCOPE OF USE

• The API credentials provided under this agreement are licensed exclusively for the Subsplash Sync integration. Use of these credentials for any other purpose, application, or integration is not authorized and constitutes a breach of this agreement. 
• Subsplash's support and engineering commitment under this SOW is limited to enabling and maintaining the Subsplash Sync connection; it does not extend to any other API use case, custom development, or third-party integration.
• The Customer is responsible for maintaining its own streaming environment (e.g., OBS configuration). Subsplash's obligation is limited to providing the credentials, documentation, and support as aligned with your existing subscription.
• The API credentials granted under this SOW are restricted to the Subsplash Sync use case. Any use of the credentials outside of Subsplash Sync is unauthorized, and Subsplash reserves the right to revoke credentials used in violation of this restriction.

PLATFORM SUPPORT

• Ticket support for the Subsplash Sync connection (no phone support)
• Knowledge Center access, including setup articles and troubleshooting guidance
• Credential issuance through Subsplash Support or your Customer Success Manager
• Ongoing feature updates and bug fixes to the Subsplash Sync plugin (will require reinstall of the plugin)
• Support does not include OBS installation or configuration, scene or encoder setup, network or hardware troubleshooting, or third-party software unless explicitly stated in your package SOW
