Purpose: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the plan to implement your mobile app on the Subsplash Platform. We'll partner with you to create an engaging mobile experience for your community while equipping your team to manage it independently.
Target completion: All deliverables will be completed within 90 days from contract start date or after all included calls are completed, whichever comes first.
Price: $3,000
Objectives:
Navigation setup. We'll help design your app's tab structure and navigation flow to create an intuitive user experience that highlights your most important features.
Home tab development. Together, we'll build an engaging home tab that showcases your key content, upcoming events, and calls-to-action in a visually appealing layout.
Content organization. Configure the layout and structure of items within each tab to ensure information is easy to find and interact with.
Developer account guidance. Step-by-step assistance with Apple Developer and Google Play Console account enrollment and setup.
App store preparation. We'll help prepare all necessary assets and information required for app store listings, including descriptions, keywords, and screenshots.
Submission management. Your Onboarding Specialist will handle the technical aspects of app submission to ensure your app meets all store requirements and passes review.
Three 1-hour consultations. One-on-one video meetings with your Onboarding Specialist via Google Meet to cover app features, best practices, and answer your questions.
App Builder training. In-depth instruction on using the Subsplash app builder to update content, manage features, and maintain your app after launch.
Media migration guidance. Assistance understanding how to transfer your existing sermon and media content to work seamlessly within your app.
Your participation is essential. You'll need to:
Developer accounts are your responsibility. While we guide you through the process, you must create and maintain your own Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts.
Post-onboarding support. After your 90-day contract ends or all calls are completed, you'll receive continued support through the Subsplash Assistant, our Support team, and your assigned Client Success Manager (CSM). If your app hasn't been submitted by contract end, you'll have 30 additional days of email support to complete submission.
If you decide to cancel before your first call with your Onboarding Specialist, $999 of your Streamlined App Onboarding fee will be retained and applied to Standard Onboarding. After your first call, the full fee is non-refundable.
Any request that alters scope, effort, or timeline will be documented via a written change order for mutual approval before work proceeds.
