Statement of Work

Verified In-App Giving: Provides donors with the most seamless, distraction-free in-app giving experience so that they stay fully engaged with the client’s app content.
- Clients are required to work with Candid or Benevity to receive their seal of transparency so that they can process donations through the various app stores.
Bulk check scanning & remote deposit: Allows clients to scan and deposit 100+ checks with a single scan, without making a trip to the bank.
- Check images: Scanned check images are saved in the Giving dashboard.
- If using the Rock plugin, Database synching: Scanned checks sync to a client’s database and donor profiles, which means admins no longer have to record gifts twice.
Weekly giving report: Customized email report that summarizes total gifts by fund and campus, and other key insights.
Daily transfers: Funds received will be deposited to a client’s bank account five days per week (Monday–Friday).
Instant ACH verification: “Microdeposits” will no longer be required to verify donor bank accounts at participating banks.
