What are Automated Balance Reminders?

Whether you’re organizing summer camps, retreats, or conferences, Automated Balance Reminders is designed to save you time and ensure your events are fully funded. 

Leading up to the big event, you can now automatically send out weekly email reminders to any registrants with remaining balances. These reminders include a direct link for registrants to make their follow-up payments—no manual follow-ups needed!

How it works

Automated Balance Reminders are on by default for all events created on the Subsplash Platform for all newly created events. 

Want to disable them or adjust your settings? No problem! Go to Event details > Registrations > Notifications in your Subsplash Dashboard to toggle Auto Balance Reminders on and off. 

Along with Partial Payments, this new feature is another step towards making your paid church events easier and more flexible for your staff and community.
