Introduction & Objectives

Purpose: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the plan to implement your new website on the Subsplash SnapPages platform. We'll work together to create a professional web presence that serves your community effectively while giving you the tools to manage it independently.

Target completion: All deliverables will be completed within 90 days from contract start date or after all included calls are completed, whichever comes first.

Price: $3,000

Objectives:

• Build a website foundation with content from your existing site
• Create an intuitive navigation structure for your visitors
• Train your team to manage and update content independently
• Establish a sustainable workflow for ongoing website maintenance

Scope of Work

1) Website Structure & Setup

Theme configuration. We'll help you establish your visual identity by configuring color palettes, typography, headers, footers, and other theme settings to match your brand.

Navigation architecture. Design and implement intuitive navigation menus and site structure to help visitors find what they need quickly.

Domain guidance. Assistance with connecting your existing domain to your new Subsplash website when you're ready to go live.

2) Page Development

Page replication (up to 10 pages). We will recreate up to 10 pages from your existing website in Subsplash. Pages are defined by unique URLs, and you must confirm the final list (for example, About, Ministries, Next Steps, etc.). Our goal is to preserve the content and intent of these pages while adapting their layout to SnapPages' native components.

Because SnapPages uses its own structure and features, some layouts or design elements will be adjusted. A perfect 1:1 visual match is not guaranteed.

Templated pages (up to 20 pages). We'll create and organize up to 20 additional pages using templates to establish your site's structure and provide frameworks for future content expansion.

3) Training & Integration

Three 1-hour consultations. One-on-one video meetings with your Onboarding Specialist via Google Meet to cover SnapPages features, best practices, and answer your questions.

In-depth SnapPages training. Comprehensive instruction on using the Subsplash web builder to create, edit, and manage your content independently.

Platform integrations. Setup of Subsplash web embeds (giving, media, events, etc.) and configuration of internal links to create a cohesive user experience.

Important Notes

Onboarding services are not the same as web design. The Onboarding Specialist ensures web pages are set up and functional, but is not responsible for the final design of your website. We provide the structure and framework; you customize it with your unique content and style.

Your participation is essential. You'll need to:

• Provide all graphics, media, and written content
• Review and approve page structures
• Attend scheduled meetings (missed meetings not rescheduled 4+ hours in advance count toward your 3 total meetings)
• Complete any assigned preparation tasks between sessions

Post-onboarding support. After your 90-day contract ends or all calls are completed, you'll receive continued support through the Subsplash Assistant, our Support team, and your assigned Client Success Manager (CSM).

Assumptions & Constraints

• Your existing website is accessible for reference during the build process
• Content and images will be provided in appropriate formats
• Client will provide timely feedback and approvals
• Some design elements from your current site may need adaptation to work within SnapPages
• Complex custom functionality from your existing site may not be replicable
• Content creation, copywriting, and graphic design are not included

Cancellation Policy

If you decide to cancel before your first call with your Onboarding Specialist, $999 of your Streamlined Web Onboarding fee will be retained and applied to Standard Onboarding. After your first call, the full fee is non-refundable.

Change Management

Any request that alters scope, effort, or timeline will be documented via a written change order for mutual approval before work proceeds.

• By executing this Statement of Work ("SOW"), Customer agrees to the purchases listed and to the Subsplash Terms of Service available at https://www.subsplash.com/legal/terms-of-service.
• The Subsplash Terms of Use and Subsplash Privacy Policy are incorporated herein by reference. They are available at https://www.subsplash.com/legal/terms-of-use and https://www.subsplash.com/legal/privacy.
• In the event of a conflict between or among the terms of the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, and Statements of Work, the order of precedence shall be, from first to last: the Statements of Work, the Terms of Service, and lastly the Terms of Use.
• This Scope of Work and all pricing information stated herein are Subsplash Confidential information.
• Customer agrees to pay for service overages at the then current pricing.
• Subscriptions are non-cancelable before their Order End Date.
• Subsplash may reject this Statement of Work if: (1) the signatory does not have authority to bind the customer to this Statement of Work, (2) changes have been made to this Statement of Work (other than the completion of the purchase order information and the signature block), or (3) the requested purchase order information for signature is incomplete or does not match our records for the rest of this Statement of Work.
