Purpose: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the plan to implement your mobile app and website on the Subsplash Platform. We'll work together to build a strong foundation for your digital presence while empowering your team with the knowledge and skills to manage it independently.
Target completion: All deliverables will be completed within 90 days from the contract start date or after all included calls are completed, whichever comes first.
Price: $4,000
Objectives:
App structure and setup. We'll help configure your app's navigation, tabs, and overall information architecture to best serve your community's needs.
Home tab development. Together, we'll build out an engaging home tab that highlights your most important content and features.
Developer account assistance. We'll guide you through Apple and Google developer account enrollment and setup.
App store submission. We'll manage the technical aspects of submitting your app to ensure it passes review requirements.
Page replication (up to 10 pages). We will recreate up to 10 pages from your existing website in Subsplash. Pages are defined by unique URLs, and you must confirm the final list (for example, About, Ministries, Next Steps, etc.). Our goal is to preserve the content and intent of these pages while adapting their layout to SnapPages' native components.
Because SnapPages uses its own structure and features, some layouts or design elements will be adjusted. A perfect 1:1 visual match is not guaranteed.
Templated pages (up to 20 pages). We'll create and organize up to 20 additional pages using templates to establish your site's navigation structure and provide a framework for future content.
Website structure. Configure navigation menus, footer, and overall site architecture for optimal user experience.
Five 1-hour consultations. One-on-one video meetings with your Onboarding Specialist via Google Meet to cover platform features, best practices, and answer your questions.
Platform training. In-depth instruction on using the Subsplash app and website builders, to manage your content independently.
Media migration guidance. Assistance with understanding the process for moving your existing sermon and media content to Subsplash.
Integration setup. Connect Subsplash web embeds and configure internal links between your app and website.
Onboarding services are not the same as web design. The Onboarding Specialist ensures pages are set up and functional, but is not responsible for the final design of your website. We provide the structure; you bring it to life with your content.
Your participation is essential. You'll need to:
Post-onboarding support. After your 90-day contract ends or all calls are completed, you'll receive continued support through the Subsplash Assistant, our Support team, and your assigned Client Success Manager (CSM). If your app hasn't been submitted by contract end, you'll have 30 additional days of email support.
If you decide to cancel before your first call with your Onboarding Specialist, $999 of your Streamlined Onboarding fee will be retained and applied to Standard Onboarding. After your first call, the full fee is non-refundable.
Any request that alters scope, effort, or timeline will be documented via a written change order for mutual approval before work proceeds.
