Purpose: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the plan to implement Subsplash People for your organization. We'll work together to establish efficient workflows for managing your community's information while empowering your team to maintain and grow your database independently.
Target completion: All deliverables will be completed within 90 days from the contract start date or after all included coaching hours are completed, whichever comes first.
Price: $4,000
Objectives:
Data preparation guidance. We'll guide you through preparing your existing data for import, including:
Import process support. Step-by-step assistance through:
Important note: Data export and cleanup is your responsibility. We provide guidance and best practices, but your team will need to export, clean, and format your data before import.
Giving import assistance. When applicable, we can provide similar guidance for importing your donor history and giving data into Subsplash Giving, helping you maintain continuity in your financial records.
Forms. Provide training regarding forms to capture information from your community and visitors, demonstrating best practices for form design and data collection.
Groups and teams. Provide training regarding messaging groups and volunteer teams to facilitate targeted communication and ministry organization.
Communication. Review your communication options including SMS and email capabilities, helping you understand how to effectively reach your community.
Three hours of screen-share coaching. One-on-one sessions with your Onboarding Specialist to cover all aspects of Subsplash's people management system and answer your specific questions.
Platform best practices. Learn efficient workflows and time-saving features to maximize your investment in the platform.
Independent work is required. People Management Onboarding provides consultation and guidance, but does not include hands-on data work outside of coaching hours. You'll need to:
Your participation is essential. Success requires:
Post-onboarding support. After your 90-day contract ends or all coaching hours are completed, you'll receive continued support through the Subsplash Assistant, our Support team, and your assigned Client Success Manager (CSM).
If you decide to cancel before your first call with your Onboarding Specialist, $999 of your Streamlined People Management Onboarding fee will be retained and applied to Standard Onboarding. After your first call, the full fee is non-refundable.
Any request that alters scope, effort, or timeline will be documented via a written change order for mutual approval before work proceeds.
