Purpose: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the Comprehensive plan to implement your complete digital ecosystem on the Subsplash Platform, including mobile app, website, and people management system. We’ll partner with you to create a unified digital presence while empowering your team with the knowledge and skills to manage it all independently.
Target completion: All deliverables will be completed within 90 days from contract start date or after all included sessions are completed, whichever comes first.
Price: $5,500
Objectives:
App structure and setup. Configure your app’s navigation, tabs, and information architecture to best serve your community’s mobile experience needs.
Home tab development. Build an engaging home tab that highlights your most important content, upcoming events, and key features.
Developer account assistance. Guide you through Apple and Google developer account enrollment and setup.
App store submission. Manage the technical aspects of app submission to ensure successful publication across all platforms.
Page replication (up to 10 pages). We will recreate up to 10 pages from your existing website in Subsplash. Pages are defined by unique URLs, and you must confirm the final list (for example, About, Ministries, Next Steps, etc.). Our goal is to preserve the content and intent of these pages while adapting their layout to SnapPages’ native components.
Because SnapPages uses its own structure and features, some layouts or design elements will be adjusted. A perfect 1:1 visual match is not guaranteed.
Templated pages (up to 20 pages). Create and organize up to 20 additional pages using templates to establish your site’s navigation structure and provide frameworks for expansion.
Website configuration. Set up theme settings, navigation menus, footer, and overall site architecture for optimal user experience.
People import process:
Giving import assistance. When applicable, we can provide similar guidance for importing your donor history and giving data into Subsplash Giving, helping you maintain continuity in your financial records.
Forms and communication. Provide training regarding forms, messaging groups, volunteer teams, and communication options (SMS & Email) to engage your community effectively.
Eight hours of consultation:
Comprehensive platform training. In-depth instruction on Subsplash’s app builder, website builder, and people management system to ensure your team can manage all systems independently.
Best practices guidance. Learn proven strategies for creating operational efficiencies and maximizing your platform investment.
Onboarding services are not the same as design services. The Onboarding Specialist ensures web pages and apps are set up and functional, but is not responsible for the final design. We provide the structure and framework; you customize it with your content.
Your active participation is essential. You’ll need to:
Independent work required. Comprehensive Onboarding includes consultation and training, but implementation work outside of coaching hours is your responsibility. Plan for approximately one hour of independent work per week.
Post-onboarding support. After your 90-day contract ends or all sessions are completed, you’ll receive continued support through the Subsplash Assistant, our Support team, and your assigned Client Success Manager (CSM). If your app hasn’t been submitted by contract end, you’ll have 30 additional days of email support.
If you decide to cancel before your first call with your Onboarding Specialist, $999 of your Comprehensive Onboarding fee will be retained and applied to Standard Onboarding. After your first call, the full fee is non-refundable.
Any request that alters scope, effort, or timeline will be documented via a written change order for mutual approval before work proceeds.
