In order to qualify for the Exclusive Giving Discount on your app subscription and the associated lower processing rate, sign up for or upgrade to a current qualifying app package, complete the Subsplash Giving Engagement Plan, use Subsplash as your exclusive1 digital giving solution, and agree to a 1 year term.
Your discounted rates will begin at the time of signup or upgrade and stay in effect during your term as a client as long as Subsplash continues to be your exclusive1 digital giving solution and you complete the 4-step Subsplash Giving Engagement Plan within 60 days of sign up or upgrade to your current qualifying app package.
If Subsplash is not your exclusive1 digital giving solution at any time after the 60th day from when you agree to these terms, you will then be charged at the then-current regular subscription rate for that package for the remainder of your term and the Exclusive Giving Discount would be null and void. Additionally, your processing rate will move to the then-current processing rate for packages that are not exclusive. In the event this change is triggered, your contract date will be one year from the date you you were found to be in violation of this agreement or one year from the point you re-sign the Giving Exclusive Agreement.
Details & definitions:
- All Subsplash services shall be subject to the Subsplash Terms of Service.
- “Digital Giving solution” means electronic donation processing for credit and debit card payment processing, ACH, and all donations via mobile apps, websites, and text giving.
- The following 4-step Subsplash Giving Engagement Plan must be rolled out within 60 days of sign-up in collaboration with your Client Success Manager and result in at least $1,500 in total donations in that time:
- Enable Subsplash Giving as your exclusive Digital Giving solution in your Subsplash Mobile Engagement app and on your website via Subsplash web embeds.
- Roll out Subsplash Giving to your leaders by having them sign-up and give.
- Announce to your congregation via Sunday gatherings, your website, social media, and Push Notifications.
- Implement Recurring Donor Migration Strategy with your Client Success Manager.
- Violations of the Exclusive Giving Discount include but are not limited to listing any giving solution other Subsplash giving on mobile and web based platforms, not listing Subsplash giving on mobile and web based platforms, or not having a digital giving pathway.
- Upon violation of this agreement, if you wish to regain your Exclusive Giving Discount, you will need to contact your Client Success Manager to have the discount reinstated at the then-current base price for your package.
- Your Client Success Manager will partner with you to complete the Subsplash Giving Engagement Plan within 60 days of signup or upgrade via virtual meetings and email reminders which serve as the reminder to complete the process in order to retain your Exclusive Giving Discount and the associated lower processing rate. Subsplash reserves the right to send no further communication outside of the initial 60 day onboarding period prior to raising rates if Subsplash finds your org to be in violation of this agreement after the 60 day period following sign up or upgrade.
- In the event you lose your discount but come back into compliance and regain your discount, refunds for non-discounted billing periods will NOT be given.
- In the event that you violate the terms and conditions outlined in this contract, your contract date will be moved to one year from the date you you were found to be in violation of this agreement or one year from the point you re-sign the Giving Exclusive Agreement.
