Subsplash Exclusive Agreement

It’s simple. Subsplash will help you grow your church donations by 7% or more when you use Subsplash as your exclusive solution.

In order to qualify for the Subsplash Guarantee, use Subsplash as your exclusive Mobile Engagement app and Digital Giving solution, complete the 4-step Subsplash Engagement Plan within 60 days of sign-up, and agree to a 2 year term. If you do that, Subsplash guarantees at least a 7% increase in your annual church donations in the year following Commencement. Additionally, we would love to bless you with discounted rates for service subscription during the 2 year term.

If your church donations don’t increase at least 7% in the year following Commencement, notify Subsplash within 30 days of the end of that year and provide supporting financial documentation and Subsplash will provide your second year of subscription services for free.

Following the completion of the 4-step Subsplash Engagement Plan, if at any point Subsplash is not your exclusive Mobile Engagement app and Digital Giving solution then, your subscription will return to the non-discounted rate for that package and the Subsplash Guarantee is null and void.


  • Offer valid for clients whose initial sign-up or upgrade date is on or after August 15th 2018.
    Commencement is the date that your church is approved by Subsplash underwriting.
    This offer is only valid for current versions of the following Subsplash Packages: Core, Prime, Premium, and Pro and Subsplash’s standard Terms of Service.
  • “Mobile Engagement app” means phone and tablet apps on Apple App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android, and Amazon Appstore for Kindle Fire and Android for the purpose of connecting with and engaging your church community and beyond.
  • “Digital Giving solution” means donation processing for card payment processing, ACH, and donations via mobile apps, websites, and text giving.
  • The 4-step Subsplash Engagement Plan will be rolled out within 60 days of sign-up in collaboration with your Client Success Manager:
    1. Enable Subsplash Giving as your exclusive Digital Giving solution in your Subsplash Mobile Engagement app and on your website via Subsplash web embeds.
    2. Roll out Subsplash Giving to your leaders by having them sign-up and give.
    3. Announce to your congregation via Sunday gatherings, your website, social media, and Push Notifications.
    4. Implement Recurring Donor Migration Strategy with your Client Success Manager.
  • Clients already using Subsplash Giving qualify for these special discounted subscription rates when upgrading to the current Prime, Premium or Pro Subsplash packages but not for the 7% Guarantee unless specifically approved via a written agreement.
  • Guarantee will apply unless, during the relevant time period, (i) the Church/Ministry experiences a decrease in attendance or membership of 10% or more or (ii) churches/ministries nationally experience a drop in giving of 10% or more.
